Pros

1) A lot to learn, definitely A LOT! 2) If you want to know everything about Mobile App Development, this is your place. 3) UI/UX Designing, Web Designing, iOS, Android, everything you'll be familiar with. 4) Nice people around, office culture is really good. 5) Holiday trips and lunches.

Cons

1) Very less Salary. 2) 2 year Bond for everybody can be overwhelming. 3) No Food and Travel perks 4) They strangle you with lots of work, sometimes unnecessary ones.

However, if you feel your salary was low then we are very sorry we did not get a chance to discuss this before you accepted the offer! Best place to work for Freshers!

Pros

What as a fresh college pass-out do you look in your prospective employer? A work environment where you can explore the new technologies and learn new things every day by working on challenging tasks. If this is what your career aim then Leewayhertz is the place you should be looking at, to start your career. This is not a place if you are looking for 9-5 white collar job where you come, log in and day same type of work every day. Few of the Pros of working on Leewayhertz are: - You get to learn latest technologies. - Flexi timings. Some people come even at 1:00 PM and work till late night :( - Open culture. - No dress code. Some employees even used come in slippers to the office.

Cons

Like every good thing, there come some challenges, which some people can even all 'Cons'; - Work, work and even work.. there are no benches in LeewayHertz. - Too many projects hence frequent shuffling of Team members which lead to pressure on the team. - You are in working mode for 24X7 which can affect your personal life in the initial stage.
