I worked as ios developer. The only good thing is that it is located in Cyber Park. That is the only good thing about the company.

Cons

Legal Bond for 1 year if you are joining as Senior member Legal bond for 2-2.5 year if you are joining as fresher member No cab No meals No cab No Management-kind of family business. No reimbursements No PF The company has staff of 20 people maximum and they show that its a 50-200 people company. 20 people do all that work. No overtime money. You can be asked to work for 24 hours continuously 9.5 hours working excluding washroom time Employees can be terminated without any prior information.

Thank you for your feedback. I would generally agree with you that we have a hard-working culture. However, we try to balance out by bringing various programs like team get-togethers, annual meet at remote locations, excellent leave policies, random Monday offs and highly flexible work timing. We are continuously working towards making it easier for new people to adapt a fast and rapidly growing company culture.

Pros

-Self-learning as no sufficient training is provided. Learn everything on your own. -No formal environment.

Cons

-Bond is there. After the completion of probation period the bond amount is raised like hell. And you will not be informed about that raised bond amount before joining the company. -This is not a 9 hours job. You probably have to work overnight (many times a month). -No sufficient training is provided. -There is no work-life balance. If you got a chance to work here then probably you will end up your social life. -There is no cab facility. Not even for girls. But if you take cab after 9 pm then you can reimburse for that. Is that safe for girls?? -For boys, late working hours, overnight stay to get the work completed. -Extreme work pressure.
