      There's really no reason to work there.

      Cons

      Bloated middle management, poor benefits, and the extremely well-paid upper management that look out for their salaries over making sure tyke people get what they deserve for their hard work

      Pros

      There were some gems of people at Legacy - most of them, in fact. Very good health/dental insurance. I worked for a few wonderful bosses with integrity, passion and kindness.

      Cons

      From nursing units all the way up to executives, from hospitals to the System Office, I witnessed an astonishing amount of bullying by people in charge. Directors and managers running their departments like popularity contests, punishing direct reports who got on their wrong side simply by doing their jobs well.
