Pros
Flexible hours, good benefits, upper management seems to encourage employees
Cons
Our manager tells us employees our ideas won't work then presents them to upper management as hers. She downplays achievements of some while over playing others. She allows some of her staff to watch TV or talk to family on the phone for hours a day. Basically allowing them to steal from the company. When fellow employees bring it up we get in trouble. If anyone goes to upper management she writes you up or threatens to. Bad management leads to poor performance by all employees.
