Professional relationships, recognition of nursing's contribution is improving, opportunity to work with different disciplines, helping to make positive changes in patient's recovery from illness,

Cons

Unit budgets do not allow for real continuing education in nursing, just education to support hospital or system initiatives so leadership will meet quality goals and qualitfy for "merit" bonus.

Very religious- Played Christian music during work day- Quoted the "verse of the day " from the Bible in the am- Too far to travel
