Pros
1. The people. Most of them are good and decent. 2. The medical staff is good. 3. Location. Our quality of life is definitely better here than in other places!
Cons
1. It is hard to move into management positions or to move up. It appears that advancement depends on whose your buddy, and who you are related to in the company. 2. The coffee is horrible. 3. Top-heavy on the upper management side.
