Their motto is “Raising the Standard.” I don’t see a day go by at their office where they are not asking how they can get better as a team. Plenty of support for anyone willing to learn how to help customers with estimates or storm damage inspections.

Cons

Consistency. They inspire the best out of everyone. They work as a team, snd ypu are an employee. So you are relied on.

The people at Legacy Restoration are awesome. Everyone is super nice, friendly, and encouraging. You won’t go a single day without being encouraged by teammates and they will always be there for you whenever. This job has a lot of independency and can be very satisfying work.

Cons

The hardest part about this job is being able to take no’s from people. Not everyone is going to say yes in sales but it can help you grow a thick skin and improve your skills.
