Legacy Restoration provides opportunities to reap the big rewards of a fast paced sales environment. Our sales positions do include quotas and customer service requirements that must be achieved. However, this is exactly why we provide ongoing training and substantial resources for our teams to succeed. Continuous improvement (from both a company and employee standpoint) is a core value at Legacy. We welcome open, constructive dialogue that allows all parties to get better. We hope this team member will approach their Manager, Director of Sales or similar with this feedback so we may work towards ensuring their success at Legacy.

Pros

Having worked at Legacy for several years now in the sales department, I can confidently say it has changed by life for the better. Prior to Legacy Restoration, I had no sales experience. Before coming to Legacy Restoration, I rarely found myself in a work environment that would bring out the best version of myself. Being a goal oriented individual, Legacy taught me how to harness intrinsic motivation within myself and have frameworks around achieving the goals that I set for myself. It created the structure I was looking for in my life to excel both personally and professionally. This was accomplished through... -Weekly training around self development (actual self development, not those fake online gurus, real tangible results based on proven principals, ex. John Wooden UCLA) -Accessible leadership that doesn't judge you for asking any questions -Daily sales training, invaluable transferable skills -Best job to give you confidence! We do direct door to door sales - If you can walk up to a strangers door, build trust, and ultimately do work on their home - You can do anything! -Friendships: You spend a lot of time with your fellow coworkers and build lifelong friendships, feels like a family -People case about your success and will hold you accountable to your own goals -Everyone in the sale department started as a sales rep, so everyone can relate to your experience, and they can teach you how to find the success you are looking for (they have literally done it) -Tons of opportunities to grow - Some guys will become SR4s and just stay in sales, make high revenue, just worry about themselves. Others progress into leadership positions, etc. There really is tons of opportunities to grow if you don't always want to stay in direct sales. -Perfect job for anyone who wants more from their life/job. This is a career with a limitless ceiling for personal income. Great for driven individuals.

Cons

This is 100% transparency. -No matter what background you come from, the first year is the toughest. You're new to the systems, the construction knowledge, Legacy processes, etc... It is a fast paced environment! You're griding, constantly learning, and dealing with stressful situations. In addition, you don't get into the big commissions right away. HOWEVER, if you look at any profession with high income potential (doctors, lawyers, etc.), they all go to school for 8-12 years, bust their butts working 80+ hours per week, and they don't make high income for multiple years (they only get to the big bucks in the later years when they make it finally). My point: The "takeoff" timeframe to make high income for yourself at Legacy comparable to some of those high income professions is relatively short. Especially if you don't have a college degree/even if you have a college degree (this is coming from someone who went to school for a long time). If you have dedication, tenacity, and you want to become the best version of yourself, Legacy Restoration is a great home. There are no handouts! -"work/life" balance - This is not your standard 9-5 job. However, with the type of income you can make, would you really expect that from a 9-5?
