Lack of Integrity

Pros

Had some field supervisors that were really good at supporting the sales associates out in the field , using there experience to help the customers along with the reps help support claims.

Cons

The lack of transparency as an organization to their employees and customers. The mission statement does not match the reality of how this company drives business and in actuality treats there customers. It’s high impact sales, the preaching of family , integrity, and other like values are little to none and performance numbers are the total score card for this organization. Lack of training and leadership plays a factor in the inability to retain employees for long periods of time , causing turnover more frequently than any organization that I have ever seen. Finally, there was the lack of integrity to those they were trying to gain business from , stretching the truth on claims or advising homeowners of damage that truly didn’t exist.

Legacy Restoration has a long roster of employees who have shared their talents with us for multiple years; many have chosen to advance their careers with us as Legacy continues to grow. Actualizing our company constitution is important to us, as our 2022 BBB Torch Award for Ethics reflects. However, if team members feel those values are not being adhered to, they are encouraged to bring this to leadership's attention. Delivering on our promises to customers and employees is at the forefront of all we do; this includes upholding ethical business practices, providing industry-leading training and focusing on individual employees' professional and personal growth. Our industry is highly regulated and Legacy has standard operating procedures and training in place to ensure those strict guidelines are met while also ensuring we provide customers with options to maintain the integrity of their home.

Pros

Great pay, great work environment, and leadership understand the struggles of the job but are available for help.

Cons

Micromanage - At the time, the job was posted as remote but it became a requirement to visit the office every morning before heading out to the field. They track everything through the app that is on your phone, including whether or not your car has moved after a certain amount of time. Weather - You are outside knocking on doors so if you can't handle Minnesota winters and rain, it may not be for you.

Business Outlook

Pros

Challenging environment for people who want personal and professional growth. Strong culture based on core values, solid leadership invested in employees' success, very challenging job that really stretches you and gets you out of your comfort zone so you can grow. Winning team, winning environment, not for the weary or those who are just looking for a job. I experience this as a career, not a job, and everything that comes with it. Long hours, demanding responsibilities, high-earning opportunity starting year one. From my experience it takes everything you've got, but I'm getting out of it everything I'm putting into it. Life changing money & opportunity to grow my career.

Cons

Not an easy path (although I'm not aware of a high-earning career that is). Demanding and challenging growth environment, you cannot lay in the weeds and simply show up.
