Something most employers miss on, however Legacy and the management take your future just as serious by preparing you not only for providing the ultimate customer experience , advancement within the company, but also to operate as the best version of yourself outside of your career here. If you come from a sales career path, and this makes you nervous to make the jump? Don’t be. I left 13 years of executive management to work for Legacy, by choice. I restarted a completely new career. I chose to be with Legacy and took that risk. Take a word of advice- you won’t encounter a work life situation that creates any PTSD. The management here LIVES to support you and your growth- so you and your FAMILY can thrive. Yes, you can truly have a highly successful career helping people, while still having a family.
