The Customer Service / Call Center Department was created to interact with customers via phone (inbound and outbound). Therefore making and receiving calls will be a significant portion of this position's responsibilities, and we do highlight this within the job description. If you have concerns around this, please reach out to your manager and they will be happy to review the job description as well as ensure you're equipped for success!

Pros

Great Pay Great place to grow as an individual Great opportunity for growth

Cons

Incredible pressure and expectations; they want the best and they expect your best, even if it's outside of your current capabilities. They push you to get contract numbers and sign every customer you can, this make the whole process lose integrity. I always felt dirty working here, because of the direction from management to push for more numbers. I felt like I was forcing homeowners to file claims at times just to improve my numbers, not help people.

Legacy was founded on the belief of maximizing the potential for every employee. We pride ourselves on best-in-class training, tools, technology, and support. As the saying goes, “To whom much is given, much is expected”. As the leader of Legacy’s sales department, I do push my salespeople to always do their best and to continuously get better. I want them to be able to reach their full potential so they can achieve all their goals, better their lives, and serve our customers at the highest level. To allow less would be squandering an individual’s value. To continually push yourself is hard work and not for everyone. Legacy offers free home inspections and only those that show storm damage do we recommend filing a claim. We’re just as happy showing a homeowner that there is no damage and that their exterior is in great shape. We have required all sales people to undergo extensive & top industry training that equips them on being experts in spotting storm damage.

Pros

Good income potential, good starting base salary

Cons

Have to work every evening plus Saturdays. The ownership flat-out lies to your face but pretend to be very ethical people.. the company pretends to be ethical but does not even stand by its own values or mission statement
