Management and leadership team is always available to assist for help and assist if any questions. ALWAYS someone there to help and or reach out to. A HUGE refresh from any of the previous jobs I have worked, this company actually CARES about it's employees, well being, and the work we are doing for the company. They understand we are all humans and make mistakes, rather than reprimand you for doing wrong, they walk you through it to ensure you understand correct process and can continue to improve your work! Greatest company I have ever worked for, and forever grateful to have found Legacy and the team I work with. Highly recommend working here!! Thank you for having me here!

Cons

Shorter lunch than previous positions is the only con I can list.

There can be a lot of time commitment but with proactive planning and organization you can have a good balance with life.
