Pros

Make your own schedule- or you think. Potential for decent money if you want to work 70 hour weeks.

Cons

They will hire you, work you to death, fire you, and steal your commissions. Most employees were hired in the spring and then fired in September and October. You sign up for 20% commissions, but they don't tell you that if you leave the company they will take half of your commissions.

Legacy Restoration Response

Thank you for taking the time to review our business. Legacy Restoration, LLC is a construction business that has been in business for over 5 + years and: - holds an A+ rating with the BBB - is an accredited business with the BBB - Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning (only 25 in the state of MN) - 2016 nominee for the BBB Torch Award for Ethics - awarded #83 in the Top 100 Roofers in America by Roofing Contractor Magazine - 4.5 out of 5 Stars with 143 reviews on Guild Quality - 4.3 out of 5 Stars with 38 reviews on Facebook - 4.3 out of 5 Stars with 23 reviews on Google These are not characteristics of a company of which you describe. It would be impossible to achieve these milestones if Legacy Restoration was such a company. Your characterization of Legacy Restoration is just flat out wrong. It is not uncommon for people to try and sell in this tough business and find out that you are not a good fit for this industry, the insurance restoration industry. Legacy Restoration would never ask a Sales Rep to leave the organization if they are able to keep up with their sales quota and conduct themselves in an ethical manner. Legacy Restoration understands that not everybody can make it in this industry. It is interesting that your review includes same or similar comments as the other negative reviews, such as: steal your commissions, work you to death, hire 20 or so people, work 70 hours, etc. The only people who work 70 hours per week at Legacy are the successful Sales Reps, not the ones who cannot maintain a sales quota and operate in an ethical fashion. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
