The money can be very good. Leadership has a sincere care and concern for the employees. Company gives lots back to the community

Cons

The amount of hours required can be very overwhelming, especially in the summer. Little to no benefits.

Pros

Pay, work/family balance, advancement opportunities, and a great culture. Working at legacy takes a lot of work, but you will reap the rewards from that.

Cons

Legacy is a growing company and with a growing company comes the "growing pains". They strive to make this a better company every day and some things work and some things don't. No benefits as of yet, but I know they are working towards correcting that.
