Pros

Legacy has great leadership. The owner is honest and cares about his employees' success. I have been at Legacy for 2 years and have advanced my career. I love how Legacy invest in their employees. There are many trainings and opportunities to learn and advance in a fast paced industry.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about working at Legacy. If you do your job and produce results management does not micromanage individuals.
