Business Outlook
Pros
Personally never worked somewhere in business with a better team or culture. The work environment is very positive, but also very challenging....not allowing any employee to settle into a comfort zone. Culture of excellence and accountability for every team member from the owner to the receptionist.
Cons
We're a growing company, so at times we are "all hands on deck" and wearing multiple hats to make it happen. But I do appreciate this about our company as well because our teamwork is really strong in this regard and support is also good for employees with this teamwork mentality.
