Pros

After 25 years in the Construction Industry I have never seen or experienced a company so dedicated to Excellence as I have with Legacy Restoration. Their relentless pursuit to better the lives of their employees and the customers we serve is unmatched. They have created a culture where Growth is expected, Valuing People is mandated, Taking Responsibility for results is nurtured and the Standard by which we measrure such things is ever evolving. Legacy has made me a better Communicator, a better Representative to the clients I serve, a better Husband, Father, Son and Employee. Legacy has provided financial security and financial freedom that I never had before. Legacy has tought me what life balance looks like. I am extremely grateful to be a part of this team.

Cons

The only con to this job is not finding it sooner.

Pros

Salaried, some people are great. If you can “drink the kool-aid” devote every second of your life to be a company man, you’ll be set.

Cons

No personal life. Say goodbye to wife and kids(even in winter) Everyone understands in construction hours are longer. Some reviews say 40-60 hours per week, maybe in winter. In summer, I’d say you are NEVER really off the clock. At legacy, my phone rang from 5:30am to 10:30pm on a regular basis from homeowners to people in the office, even on Sunday. The crews doing the work are horrendous in my experience and I’ve been in the trades for over 20 years. Some reviews here, but on google especially are current employees they have to boost their rating, which to me is a bit dishonest. Bottom line is turnover is extremely high and if you don’t give them every second of your life, you’re out. If you are sales, and quit or let go, ALL your commissions belong to the company. Shady.

Pros

Company culture is strong and team work environment is lived each day. Flexible schedules and control of your own destiny. Benefits are very nice; including vacation time, salary w/ bonus potential, yearly trip incentive based on living company values, an owner who works alongside the entire team and cares about each individual in the organization.

Cons

The company's organization and the culture are very strong; a con I would list would be that sales is not for everyone and you must have the correct mindset, attitude and be able to continue each day knowing there will be rejections. Just like any sales position in any company or industry you can at one moment feel on top of the world and the next that you are completely failing - when you are not, because you have an entire team to support you.
