- you drive your own car to far territories without any reimbursements - the hours are 10AM - 7PM and you work half the day on Saturdays giving you very little work to life balance - VERY high quotas making it hard to make any commission unless there is a storm - Very hard industry. There’s not a lot of houses to knock unless there’s a fresh storm . Management is forced to keep on sending you to the same territories we’re they’ve been overly knocked by other companies and legacy - management expects you to knock doors that already told you no - expect to get yelled at and get the cops called on you -knock doors all day in any weather , it gets repetitive and tiring - false promises , management will promise you one thing and will completely forget about it until you bring it up again.

Every department other than the sales department is legit. Since the company has investors, they have unrealistic expectations for the sales department. Many people have left this company because of it. A lot of good people have left because of it. Seems as if they’re more in it for the money than actually growing the business with the sales team. One man down another man up is how they are currently operating. Wouldn’t recommend going to their sales department at this current time.
