Pros

This company has some of the best values of any company I have ever worked for. The culture is very unique and makes me want to come to work every day. All of the employees are great people and everyone seems to get along really well, it's like a big family. This company offers opportunities like overtime, holiday pay, and paid missionary work after a certain amount of time with the company. This company really takes care of it's employees.

Cons

There aren't a lot of "cons" to Legal Monkeys. The company is growing fast, but there is only so far you can move up in the company. The work can be tedious and boring at times, but the culture and your team makes it a lot more fun. All in all, Legal Monkeys is pretty great.

Pros

This place is amazing because of the culture and people. They put a lot of effort into hiring good people and it shows.

Cons

It feels sometimes like the upper level employees are all over the place. However, this is probably just because they are expanding pretty quickly and they have to be in two places at once. In addition, you just have to be prepared to be in front of a computer screen for hours on end.
