Pros

The culture here is like no other. We got a Spirit Team to make sure the company morale is up. We have leadership seminars, book clubs, and have key leaders in the community come and give the company a talk. The training is endless with the technology improving, and the company does not skip a beat because of the constant workshops they are willing to give.

Cons

Not a lot of benefits and pay is low, which is why retention is not as high.
