Pros
Themed weekdays, company on the rise. Your work actually makes a difference in someones life. Culture is much more inviting than most companies. Nice CEO that works in the office shoulder to shoulder with employees. Upper management cares about employees and holds outside company activities. Coworkers are hard working, but like to have a good time in the office. In office convenience store.
Cons
Office uses nothing, but Mac so a bit of a learning curve. No major benefits. Sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Culture not always embraced by everyone. Some days are non stop and have to work past end time to finish up.
