Like no other place you've ever worked
Pros
GREAT culture, the people are amazing and hard-working, the CEO is inspirational and pours into everyone to grow us as leaders, the opportunity to grow my skill sets also help push the company forward, and overall, I really look forward to coming to work everyday. How many people can say that (and actually mean it)? I feel so fortunate to be able to happily go to work in the morning and hang out with some of the coolest people in town while getting some work done.
Cons
There is always a lot to do, and as a young company it is easy to get behind and then overwhelmed with work. In my opinion they are just normal growing pains, and I really enjoy fast-paced environment and being busy. If my job were any other way, I really think I would be bored.
