      Great managers / personalities. Team atmosphere

      Cons

      all about numbers. In a recession, in known slow months, personal sales goals rise. This was brought to managements attention in team meetings and yet no downward adjustment was considered. If you kill it, you 'll stay. If you're good, you'll do well til this happens . Also in the middle of management , process and culture revamp.

      Great Benefits and Perks. Company is closed for entire thanksgiving week. Great encouragement for volunteering within your community. Tech stack is Modern Industry standards. Great team to work with. Remote first company (Though I now miss going back to work)
