      Pros

      Spending 10+ years at this company allowed me to make lifelong friendships and growth professionally I will forever be grateful for.

      Cons

      Poor management from the top down. Bringing in leadership from outside the company has made things so much worse. The HR team is now outsourced and could honestly care less about what employees are going through. C Team could care less about any feedback employees provide. Don't even get me started on the stock. Legalzoom should be embarrassed about where things have gone from where they were pre-pandemic.

      Catered food for ot days

      Cons

      Took away everything great. No more Christmas parties. Bonuses were 3 times as much before new ceo. Won't hire people for busiest time of year which forced mandatory ot for months straight. Worst leadership ever.

      Great environment, great pay, amazing coworkers

      Constantly changing position priorities, leadership (higher ups not my direct) were vague and made changes often that didn’t always benefit everyone.
