Pros

It can pay pretty well for what it is

Cons

Once it was a company with promise. Now under the new CEO management has no idea what they're doing, they constantly blow smoke up you know where, and their purported "People First" philosophy almost never appears in any practice. Also "Woke" as hell, and they shove it in your face at every opportunity.

Pros

They are #3 in the nation in benefits they provide, and they are amazing benefits. They really do appreciate your hard work and you are rewarded for it They provide full support with absolutely anything you could ever need They are very flexible with time off. Work home balance is important to them and they provide full flexibility on that front with family in kids as well. Everything is great there

Cons

If you don't make the target metrics for three months, even if your going through a learning curve, they put you on an improvement plan. You have to make the set goal or your fired. But if you do your job like your supposed to, you can make it. Any distractions in life though, or if you get burned out, this can easily put you in the position to fall behind and get fired. I was 3 points under my parietal and I got fired. I had been working for them for 3 years. I was hospitalized the month I fell behind 3 points. They still fired me and gave me no sympathy to the fact that I was hospitalized. But it's up to hr and not management. There's no severance pay and they don't pay out your accumulated pto that you are legally entitled to.
