      Working remote , benefits, vacation and sick pay training was excellent learned a lot bout new tech

      Over 1000 calls waiting daily, constant pressure to work more overtime, yet still badgering exhausted staff bout petty QA scores so team would not get bonus’s expectations were constantly changing by QA so not time to shift in and get a new rythem

      Good money potential if they don’t give you outrageous targets and tell you they are attainable when they are giving all your calls to the outsourced company they are replacing you with

      They lie to your face when asked direct questions then when asked about the lie after it happens they have no idea what you are talking about. They are not people first as they claim

      Was really a great company, I was deeply passionate and the money was extremely great!

      Cons

      2023 has been the worst, seems like that lost their since of direction and pay has been deeply impacted. Feels like in steed of doing a huge layoff or offering a severance package they cut our role of inbound sales and barely making a fraction of what we used to make.
