      - People first Culture; heavy focus on transparent conversations around topics that matter and where leadership takes action to support employees - Opportunity to tie a passion for social impact directly to a role/organization - Market disruptor with a ton of growth ahead - Shared desire to make this organization best in class as a place to work - Total Rewards package is competitive

      any potential cons are met with with the energy to re-event, example: - feedback given on benefits that were already competitive resulted in the company actively working to reshape them to be best in class - launch of a company wide wellness break to allow everyone the opportunity to collectively unplug

      Growing company and pretty good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership does not know where to go with care, very difficult to obtain metrics and they outsource which leads to high turn over rate and very angry customers on a daily basis bc of this. Knowing about business formations in all 50 states takes time, and some they don’t value the ppl they already have that DO KNOW, the outsourced ppl give inaccurate I formation.
