      Pros

      Great new building. Gym, free food, great for a call center. Everyone is very friendly for the most part but not very efficient with communicating when it comes to work.

      Cons

      The systems they use are not up to date. Which in return made them not very accurate. You really had to watch what revenue you were making versus what their system showed.

      Place has turned into a micromanaged robot center

      Pros

      Paid vacation and health benefits for yourself and your family.

      Cons

      This place really use to be good until the new CEO came. The new policies make it to where you can’t take any sick or vacation with out getting the commission money you do work for while you’re at work. They change your pay structure every 3 months now for the last 2 years,unless you’re a part of the frat club there or doing the management don’t think of moving up. This place is not like how it was 5 to even 10 years ago. The higher ups will only look at you as a number.

      Great folks, smart designers. The people are really the best part. The job is interesting as well.

      Cons

      Top down driven strategy. Engineering anemic team working with old technology, although this is getting better. Not too many office perks - food,etc.
