Pros

* Most direct communication, least toxic work environment, and most diverse company that I have ever experienced in tech. * Range of skill sets, opportunities to learn, and generally reasonable expectations. * Tech stack and tech debt continue to be addressed. * Benefits have continued to improve since I've been here.

Cons

* Some projects move as quickly as a start-up but with a lot more people and processes involved at the same speed (can be both a pro and a con). * Living outside of Bay area can mean missing out on cool opportunities and face-to-face time with stakeholders. * High expectations of both hard and soft skills. If you aren't comfortable with a technical challenge and stakeholder relationship building, this isn't the place for you.
