      Pros

      Great coworkers. Lots of personal and professional development classes. Encouragement from management to better yourself and your career but without making you feel 'less than'. Lots of mixers to encourage socializing. Work hard, play hard mentality. GREAT benefits.

      Cons

      Shift changes every month so nothing set in stone-but an opportunity to find what works best for you and sometimes other reps will trade with you.

      Cool building, the people you work with are great, great parties and events

      Cons

      This company is going downhill fast especially over the last year. People at the top of the sales organization have no clue about what is really going on or if they do they are ignoring it. I am not sure what is worse... They made this huge deal regarding Account management and that bombed.. they gave all these people huge raises and then they had to cut the entire team. They change the bonus structure to be very subjective v. objective. They used to have management development programs.. but they are doing that any more - no development of anyone other than people's favorites... They give such low raises and then talk about how much money the company has made - not sure if the story makes any sense. People who build the products and divisions and provided true leadership and vision are leaving in droves... Not a place you want to be..

      since 2014, LegalZoom Sales has made huge turn for the better. it's true that working in a call center environment is not easy. certain things come with this particular job no matter the company you may work for. however, the leadership team is focused on constantly improving the environment and morale, which has been working. despite some of the poor reviews you may have read, there's lot of great things going on in the organization
