Pros

Looks decent on a resume -that’s about it.

Cons

- I have seen toddlers create a better metric calculations. - pay is incorrect every month - Operations and process is whatever they deem appropriate for the moment. - ask a question and you will get a different answer from every other person. - Publicly ask questions to try and clarify inconsistencies and the response you get is nothing but resistance and zero willingness to be open about obvious issues in various pillars of the business. -chaotic with no set process that is actually productive for the company. - zero work life balance. Constant stress because it’s perform or get out and yet people leave entry level jobs here to surpass the management in a short time because you learn how to navigate toxic job politics so well that a healthy work environment is a breeze.

Pros

This was a fun place to work at but its solely with the people.

Cons

It is a nightmare for consistency's sake. Nothing is consistent with rules, goals, directives, interviewing process.

Lots expected from IC, less from leadership

Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth working outside of defined role for those ambitious. Some really smart, kind coworkers and especially high quality new recruits. Great benefits. Meaningful mission. Very flexible.

Cons

Too many departments have no defined processes. Horrible communications with too many channels and not enough transparency. Directors are so detached from day to day operations and unable to advocate for either customers or employees. Decisions are avoided causing unnecessary work for individual contributors. By not holding leaders accountable, the company leaves the lowest paid workers to drive the most critical organizational improvements.
