Run - Long Hours and Execs Waste Time

Pros

People are mostly nice and there are smart people working there, but they have no time to do things to move business forward. Not only cause of staffing, but because leadership wastes so much time.

Cons

Started this year. The new leadership focus on very low hanging fruit and waste so much of everyone’s time. They expect employees to dedicate substantial time on one offs or small requests that they look at for 5 seconds or never even view. Lots of smart people here, but the culture of leadership caring more about formatting in a file than any content or insights just hinders growth. Saw an exec comment on the boldness of a line in a chart, and no mention of the content of the file or anything that was said on the discussed subject. They care more about formatting than actual business. Then they sit around pondering why stock prices are low, when they directly consume time that could be advancing the company. Lots of long hours working on nitty gritty details. Expecting lots of departures next year.

Pros

This company does have good pay compared to previous job I have worked. You do get good monthly incentives if you do hit all goals and metrics. The company is now mostly remote due to covid so you can work pretty much anywhere. This place is also very diverse and you'll make a lot of great friends here.

Cons

The company has been a revolving door of very high turn over rates since I started. Management will micromanage you and keep piling more and more trainings and work on you every few months. There is constant change and this place and don't ever get used to things being done a certain way as it can be 1 way 1 day and then a 360 degree turn the next. This would be a much better place to work if it was run by better managers and if management actually listened and applied the feedback from it's employees.
