Pros

None. The Managers and Director of the Outbound and Inbound sales team have relocated to the Texas location. They individuals should really reflect on how they have treated their teams. One of the Managers also preaches about being a God fearing Christian. This really gives Christians a bad name if he is one.

Cons

It's all about the bottom dollar. This company has been trying to go IPO for awhile. If you plan to invest in this company I strongly urge you not to. It is like working for a Korean sweatshop. You are constantly in fear of losing your job. No bonuses and very very low commissions. They are trying to turn this downward spiral around but it's too late. Many many people if not fired were forced out. They will make your life miserable if they don't want you there. If I can only tell you the stories....

Pros

Free coke machine, tiff treats once a month, training was good information I was able to use even after leaving legalzoom..They paid me to learn about business and how they are structured. the first 3 days were great. then downhill from there

Cons

This place is a call center, your life is run by a phone. If you clock in a minute late you will be having someone pull you aside to talk to you about it. 30 min lunches. two 10 min breaks on a 10 sometimes 11 or 12 hour work days. This company is moving towards a 24/7 call center. So the newbies will be getting the graveyard shifts. this is a Nazie interment camp
