Pros

Casual attire and decent benefits.

Cons

Continuous pressure to perform without any significant financial compensation. Expect $60,000 plus per month in sales with for an extra $2500 in commissions with relentless pressure to perform. Meanwhile you can't give legal advice to those in search of it due to UPL laws. In addition you're paid $13 per hour and have to be available from 7:45am until 9:15pm and certain weekends.

It’s a Mill

Pros

You get a LOT of practice in a short time span

Cons

This is a trademark mill. They tell you it isn’t, but it is. They’ve brought in people from Amazon (of all places) to help streamline the product (legal advice) and “minimize touches” meaning limit the amount of times we communicate with clients. This is not conducive to giving effective legal counsel.

Pros

The pay is good, the benefits are also good

Cons

No stability. Job titles/assignments/schedules change often. Metrics also change often and more often than not cannot be explained in a straight forward manner.
