Pros

Casual dress code, 50% off healthy foods at the market, corporate learning programs , SF experience

Cons

Favoritism, egotistical management, poor communication between departments, no clear workflow between FileNet and Salesforce, no financial incentives offered in processing departments, and tension between departments, no real innovation is happening here.

Pros

People Operations (HR) does care about employees and always try to help, Great resource groups for employee engagement, has more pros than cons when it comes to benefits and what we provide employees. Professional development is available as well, as long as your supervisor will allow it.

Cons

The higher-ups don't actually care about employees or the how the "Culture" has drastically disintegrated over the last year to a year and a half. Have numerous employees wearing "multiple hats" but don't pay employees for doing multiple jobs. Burdens always fall on employees instead of technical support being corrected. "Work-arounds" become the new normal. We provide professional development, but never allow the employees the time to actually use it (just dangle it in front of employees). No diversity at all, mostly white male management.

Hello, and thank you for giving us this feedback. We strive to create a welcoming, empowering environment for our Zoomers, and are glad you find our People Ops members helpful. We’re not perfect, however, and know that we can, and need to, do better when it comes to diversity. That’s why we’re working hard on different initiatives to make our workplace more inclusive, including training on unconscious bias and improving our development and advancement opportunities. We’re also a rapidly evolving business, and naturally face conflicting priorities from time to time. Tool improvements can take longer than we’d like, but driven by our value of people first, our primary focus is always to improve our customers’ and employees’ experience.
