      Great people and benefits - new leadership struggling to find footing

      Pros

      Great benefits and WLB. Engineering team is overall pretty good. Tech stack is fairly modern across frontend and backend.

      Cons

      Company is going through a rough leadership transition. New leaders don't seem to understand the product or tech very well and a few of the engineering leaders have left over the past 3 months.

      It was good until it wasnt

      Pros

      They gave you m-f 8-5. Huge opportunity for growth. Leadership really cared for their employees

      Cons

      Once dec 2022 came everything changed. It was like their sales org has no control and were trying to get employees to quit. The hours changed to working weekend and working until 9 pm. We took on more responsibility and no direction. Eventually they sunset the sales organization via a recorded zoom.
