Could be rewarding if the company truly cared about promoting talent regardless of race and gender.
Pros
The culture has the potential to be really good. The hiring practices and blatant disregard for feedback received makes it a toxic company environment. The people in the company who cares.
Cons
There isn’t any intention for diversity as it relates to management positions and above. The feedback that you hire the best person for the job is equivalent to Wells Fargo’s CEO making comments of the same nature. The talent is visible, this company chooses to ignore it due to their selection/confirmation biases. Minority talent is purposely overlooked while others hired into senior positions lack experience. Compared side by side the bias is obvious. The company shows an intention of promoting certain employees by providing resources to only a few. The favoritism is rampant. There are people in decision making capacities who are incompetent causing a lack in growth. This company runs its employees into the ground and the ones doing all of the work gets passed up for promotions for lack of experience. The CEO is extremely tone dead
