      Pros

      The best part of the job is the people you get to work with. The job itself is pretty good, decent pay but you do have to work hard and earn your bonus. Can't slack off an d hope the calls come in. Keep your focus, take the advice of leads and don't let the crap get to you and you will do pretty well.

      Cons

      Something is constantly changing and not always for the better. The company is definitely out for themselves and policies have changed in the last year to make that obvious. As long as you realize you, as the employee, are not a priority for the company then you will be fine.

      Pros

      Co-workers were great! Diverse employment practices created a fun and knowledgeable work environment. The trainers were fantastic with character for miles.

      Cons

      The only department that matters in this company is sales. All other departments are undervalued and underpaid. The rules only apply if you're not directly making the company money. If you deliver the products, that's not really a valued skill.
