Pros

Some of the trainers are great, some not so much.

Cons

Not enough time to learn the material presented. Some trsiners have unrealistic expectations. If you introduce something on Monday, you can't expect me to be an expert on Tuesday. Give the employeest time to learn. There also is not enough direct feed back. I wish people would just be upfront and direct. I would have appreciated that.

We are sorry to hear you experienced some challenges. Our trainers do their best to help our new agents learn the products during the training period and the Customer Care leaders are on floor to guide everyone afterwards. Everyone is given the same opportunity to learn and get up to speed. Again, we are sorry to hear it did not work out for you.

Pros

Great Co-workers Awesome Perks Relaxed Environment Tons of Learning Opportunities Decent Pay Senior Management is Open-Minded I took this position because I want to learn about Business Law and how to start my own company. I get paid to learn how to form companies and get to talk to entrepreneurs that are starting their own businesses daily. Everyday can be a grind, but it is a great company to work for. If you don't find a passion in this type of work, this probably won't be for you.

Cons

Can be a grind Can get monotonous at times

Pros

- If you stick it out, you'll get to advance here. I've seen more than a few people go from hourly to exempt status. - Fantastic offices include gyms, showers, on-site meals, and excellent, well kept up facilities - Strong focus on keeping team members happy, with mixed results, but the effort is there

Cons

- Upper management seems mired in political conflict, and there is little unity in goals and direction - Has been a lot of top talent leaving, some with no immediate offers on their table - Some people feel mired, their hands tied and unable to make the changes and impacts they'd like to see

We appreciate your comment and concerns. As you’ve noted, we absolutely offer the opportunity to grow professionally here! Some of what we’ve been experiencing lately are growing pains – this includes a few of the departures we have had. We have also had some really great people join our company recently. Continued career growth for our Zoomers is one of our priorities. Please always feel free to reach out to your manager or anyone in HR to discuss your career.
