The bonus program is very good, but does not apply to 401K 401K matching is the best. The culture or work-life balance.

Cons

Salary is OK to get in the door NO annual increases. year after year. You never catch up.

Please note that due to IRS regulations the bonus can not be considered part of an employee’s compensation as is not tied to performance and therefore not eligible for 401k deferrals. In terms of annual increases, over 75% of our population received a merit increase last year. We are sorry that you did not enjoy this benefit, it is linked to performance.
