There are a ton of great, hardworking individuals, and the rest are sailing, yet somehow are getting the recognition for their great work. Leaders don't seem to understand the market but tell the sales team to just sell, and take little accountability when things go sideways, and don't listen. In-house departments seem overworked. Internal groups don't seem to be cross-functional (between the manufacturing sites, production, and marketing), and can't seem to get an answer to things. Overall culture seems to be focused on bottom-line. The diversity and inclusion seems to be a push, but it certainly isn't really diverse, if this matters to you. You're only good when you're producing, but in the new year, it's a clean slate again.

Toxic work culture, no training, high turn over rate, bad management, lean teams so work is insane, management only cares about numbers and meeting deadlines.
