Pros

Some genuinely great people (though may have since left or been pushed out). The cultural diversity is good. Opportunity to learn how not to run a business or treat employees.

Cons

Toxic, cut-throat culture where undermining others is often rewarded over actual competence. Management favours political games and vague rhetoric over solving real problems. Health and safety routinely deprioritized — working with dangerous chemicals without proper encouragement or enforcement of PPE. Collaboration discouraged; trust among colleagues is rare, a lot of underhand tactics; sabotage others in hopes to get ahead. A 4-person production line was reduced to just 2 people, effectively doubling each person's workload under the guise of "efficiency" — in reality, it just burned people out and increased the risk of mistakes Promotions tend to go to those with the most finely tuned ability to nod, agree, and flatter — actual competence seems entirely optional Was given a thinly veiled ultimatum to take a role I didn’t want or face termination — chose integrity, and sure enough, that was the end. Overall, a workplace that values output over people, politics over principle, and short-term gains at the long-term expense of its culture, safety, and talent.
