      This is a fast-paced environment with stretch goals, which may not be for everyone. Be ready to quantitatively measure your business and continuously improve.

      Pros

      I have been in my position for a year now and have no regrets coming to Leica. The people here is one of the reasons I took the position. I work with wonderful people. My supervisor is very considerate and has an open door policy. He makes sure I laugh every day. I enjoy every aspect of my position. Leica has one of the best Human Resources Departments of any company I have worked at in the past. They also have an open door policy as well. I would definitely recommend working at Leica.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons -- well maybe my commute but I chose that and it's worth it.
