      Excellent products with cutting edge technology. Decent and growing market size. Good benefits. OK salary.

      Cons

      Too many weird people in the office and in the field . Lots of office politics. Crazy turnover. Complicated reorganization keeps going on. Very little room for career advancement. Employees are not evaluated based on performance, rather than relationship with managers.

      Standard time table from 9 am to 5 pm, 28 days holidays plus paid bank holidays, competitive salary, no work on weekend.

      Cons

      Need to learn technical terminology about the microscopes. Work under pressure. No benefits, for example discounts for other stores, cinemas....
