      Friendly, helpful people, many are long serving Politically healthy, flat structure, close to the ground culture Learning & team culture

      Cons

      Long serving staff may find change & new expectations harder to cope - need drastic alignment or find another job

      Pros

      Good peers to work with, majority are willing to help so long as approached. Minimal politics among majority of colleague. Good learning ground for Opto-Mechanical design. Might stand a chance for overseas exposure.

      Cons

      Poor commication from management within department. Senior manager does not have open mind in many areas, and not able to drive works and communicate in objective way. Manager ran away from problem and let go half way through the project. No actual project management for certain project, auto-pilot is what is mostly happened. Grey areas are obviously growing, problem fedback to management, most of the time no action or even review done.
