      Pros

      If you do not like your voice to be heard and want to be told what to do and micromanaged this is the place for you. This used to be a great organization and collaborative but has been taken over by dictator do what your told type of leadership. Very disappointing

      They do employee surveys and once the get the very negative numbers they whitewash the whole process and say they will do better next year...

      stable, cutting edge technology, challenging work

      Cons

      Like any company it has it's general and common challenges and places it could improve. As a current employee I'm not inclined to talk about them and feel they could change or improve as we move forward.
