Interesting and high precision product Low volume high mix Get to know different technologies

No career prospect Bad benefits and increment. Increment and bonus not related to performance. Even though you are perform very good and bonus and increment is the same as poor performer. No appreciation Order always top to down but never bottom-up High turnover but no replacement. Keep mentioned need to role change to have promotion. But who is keep changing role? Too lean until people keep leaving the company
