      People are friendly and nice to work with.. that's the motication that kept me working there.. and there is company D&D, team bonding..

      Cons

      Proceses kept changing.. and rely a lot on Manual processes for production, not system driven.

      -Great product line -High technology; satisfying challenges -Small teams -Efforts directly affect company growth -Focused, driven place to work -Some of the most professional personnel I ever met

      Cons

      -Unrealistic goals with little support -Very little growth potential due to on par competition; low profits. -The type of place where you care more about the business than Management -Danaher influence has eroded company confidence(layoffs, restructures that got rid of top quality people-Think of the consultants in Office Space).
