      * Some managers do no care about your career & growth opportunities * Not enough senior technical staff, the company likes to hire a fleet of junior engineers without much structure for them

      - Great work-life balance - Decent compensation - Good benefits package, with excellent healthcare options - Exposure to new technical domains, constantly growing

      Cons

      - Long-term underpayment. Pay will lag behind after you get past the door. Past the median of your pay band, your average merit comps will get lower, and either you move or get promoted. - It's not the most exciting work environment. Folks who thrive with an innovative spirit or are go-getters will often hit corporate/political walls.
