Leidos doesn't provide phenomenal benefits, and doesn't pick up the employee costs, either. That's a growing standard for tech companies, and was a disappointment upon accepting a position there.
I found out about 8 months into starting that the reason I was hired was because management had fired the former team in favor of starting from scratch and reorganizing. They obviously won't mention that in interview, but it was troubling as someone who was looking for stability in a 2020 market.
